Good to know that others have the same issue. I’m on my second set of Ear2. Last set returned to Amazon who didn’t hesitate in replacing, however 3 months on and exactly the same problem.
Left bud is approx. 20% volume, the right being 80%. I’ve done everything imaginable, reset while in case (red LED) uninstalled app, reinstalled. Disconnected BT and reconnected, repeated all the above on a new Google Pixel 8 Pro and still no change. Some suggest it’s debris on or under the foil and in my case it absolutely isn’t. Have no idea why this happens and it’s frustrating given these are excellent Ear pods. Why doesn’t the app offer a specific reset factory setting. Do I demand a refund or hope they sort this problem out and surprised I’m not seeing more reports of this problem.
