Users are reporting an issue and asking for a proper fix through an update. Instead of addressing the root cause, the responses seem focused on workarounds. I honestly did not expect this from the management team.We would appreciate transparency on whether the issue has been identified and if a software update is being worked on to resolve it.Many Nothing users appear to be facing the same issue. I sincerely hope Nothing does not follow the path of some other brands that struggled to identify and resolve heating problems, ultimately damaging user confidence and brand reputation.When users repeatedly experience unresolved issues, they naturally begin discouraging others from purchasing the product. No company can sustain long-term growth if customer concerns are not properly addressed.i have a lot of respect for Nothing as a company, but respect should not mean ignoring or hiding genuine user feedback. Constructive criticism is important because it helps improve the product and user experience.if the management team wants complete clarity on this issue, I would suggest creating a community poll. The results will provide a much clearer picture of how widespread the concern is and what users are actually experiencing. Listening to the community’s feedback is the best way to understand the real problem and work toward a meaningful solution.
Last but not least, I am not saying this as someone who dislikes the brand. I am deeply invested in the Nothing ecosystem and currently use the Phone (3), Watch 2 Pro, Ear (2), and Nothing Headphone(s). That is exactly why I am raising this concern.As a loyal customer, I want Nothing to succeed, but success comes from acknowledging genuine issues and addressing them transparently. Feedback like this is not criticism for the sake of criticism—it comes from users who care about the brand and want to see it improve.
