This post is just a humble request that do not forget about your original flagship that you launched in July 11th 2023. The situation right now sure is not pretty for phone 2 users and also for 2a but I do hope that proper and polished updates are released with matters and issue attended. There are many threads/discussions going on in the community about the issues with the phone and the software and I just want to appreciate the product that you have delivered and also the promised software just remember that people bought your product because of the promise of bringing something different not niche but different so keep up the good work and I hope you thrive even further.
