Forgot to save recording and closed app, is it still recoverable in HQ?

I had created a 1hr long audio recording in the recorder app of my nothing phone 2

Forgot to save it and closed the app

I have the .pcm file and the .aac file but the .acc file is to bad in quality to use

Can i convert the .pcm file to .wave somehow or fix this issue?

AI can sure make alot of things… look up on google some bitrate audio upscaler online or whatever

converted the .pmc file and the sound is still shit might be a bad recording itself, slept it off
