Had the same experience with the support. I’m currently using beta 2, but I think this has been an issue on previous versions.

When and where you bought your device? Mine I bought it when it was released in July in India.

    MadOne Could be. When I contacted support, they wanted me to send it back to their warehouse. I refused because I thought it was a software thing. Now I think I should send it back.

      PacificScroll48 Maybe it is hardware issue that is why they redirect to service centre. I will visit it in the coming days as it is quite far away from my place. But I won’t accept component replacement if there is hardware issue.

        Today, the phone came back from repair. Unfortunately, the only thing they did was a software update :/ Of course, the issue is still present. I’ve contacted support about this and will see what they tell me.

        When you locked the phone …. Night light is off untill you unlocked the phone … if you dont use a finger scanner or other way to lock your phone this problem in solved .
