The problem is within the phone only because

I have jio sim which is acting weird we give money to buy network but what’s the use if it doesn’t work

My mom has same jio sim (the phone is vivo) which is working as normal as daily

Please nothing give me a solution

It is set to 5G but 4G is only fluctuating between 4G and 4G+ every second and the data is not coming

Nothing is working in nothing 😭
