GordonLutz The phone is great in general photography but in intense lighting conditions it just overprocesses the images and it just looks worse than the photos taken by an iphone or a pixel

RafaelSantana nope not anything major, just some little animation stutters here and there, but for like 95% of the time it is as smooth as 2.0.5

ashutoshkumar_sg2 A rollback to 2.0.4 and a new installation of 2.5 helped me - all the lags and problems disappeared

Greetings from Spain. I don’t know if it has already been mentioned, but many wallpapers have disappeared. The one I have to wear right now, a blue geometric one, is no longer available. If I change it I won’t be able to put it back. 😅

Rob ⚡️ any updates on official rollout of stable 2.5?

RafaelSantana What I notice is, that my Nothing Ear 2 volume sometimes appears to pop up like 1st time you connect it, which is a warning volume up.

Other than that, major functions work well.

But, if I am bored, I will roll back to 2.0.5 and play again Open Beta 2. If bored again, this cycle repeats until Open Beta 3 is released. But the cycle does not end, will repeat every time I bored. Hahahaha

    So i’ve got a question.

In this thread we can download the beta apk when updating from beta1

in other thread we can download the beta apk when updating from 2.0.3

So, i am actually on 2.0.4 stable. no beta

Which apk i should go for? not that it destroys smth

txck there’s not different Beta Update Tool apk’s for different versions. You can use the one from here.

      • txck replied to this.

Samsung and OnePlus midrange phones got stable Android 14, but here we are with beta for the latest flagship of Nothing.

GordonLutz I’m telling not camera photo issue I’m taking photo time clicking response slow. And mobile some more settings need improve. Beta 14 fix it

Harishh Yeah man, I hate it when 2 large companies that have existed for a long time get their software builds done faster than a much smaller newer company. Grow up.

AlexanderMilner 2 months just 2 betas. They have many devices but Nothing has just two. Grow up.

Hi ! I just installed the Nothing OS 2.5 stable version from the updater. Do you know if I can remove the “Update to beta version” in the settings ? I tried to remove the app but there it seems to be installed as a system app

Finally i got the update too, yeah~~~

don’t understand why my old widgets didn’t add new ones

misterfox It is necessary to update apps from Nothing in Google Play. Their updates will appear after the OS update

Please check the update on the System update, not the Update to the Beta version because no more updates Open Beta for Android 14.

Except they released an Open Beta update to get data/bugs for the next Stable update, or Android 15.

Just follow their news/announcements about it and if you see they mentioned Open Beta, remember NOS Beta Tool to get early access than Stable folks. 😆

I see you guys again on the next Open Beta update! Enjoy the NOS 2.5 Stable.
