System > Gestures > Double Press Power Button
Set the action to Wallet. Then swipe to which card you want to pay with.
Personally, I use the lock screen shortcuts instead for accessing my cards. Just an alternative option as well:
Settings > Lock Screen > Shortcuts
Select Wallet for one of the shortcuts, then when you press and hold on the shortcut on the lock screen, it will open and show your cards, then the same as above (swipe and pay).
Keep in mind that I think the device needs to be unlocked for it to tap if you have a PIN/Face lock on in either case.
