And while sending photo direct from WhatsApp by clicking , sometime photo not send and send button escape and I need to go back

For a few weeks, my Phone(1) gets hot from the most basic tasks and the battery gets emty quickly.

I’ve done a factory reset and no change.

I’ve downloaded CPUz and noticed Core 7 is always at about 2.2-2.5 GHz but cores 0-3 and 4-6 are changing their clock in sync with their package partners.

I’ve created a Support Ticket but I also want to make this Forum Post to make a Record for anyone who happens to get the same Problem as me in the future

I’m using NP1, os 2.5.2. Once in a while, various banking, music, and navigator applications cause the processor cores to freeze at maximum frequency. The only thing that helps is the complete removal of the applications that cause this. When I went to bed, the phone was 80 percent charged. 6 hours later I woke up because the phone under my pillow was hot. The phone sat idle to 30% and heated up to 50 degrees, as the processor froze at the maximum frequency. When will this problem be solved? it has been observed since the day the phone came out

    After upgrade to nothing os 2.5.5 seems phone getting heated up when using any apps. It’s very frequently getting heated up.

    Hi to everyone,

    After two updates the phone started heating.

    Can you please help me understand what am I to do to try and solve this, it is frustrating because I tried switching off a lot of the functions wi-fi, data, switching 5g to 4g+ exclusive a.s.a.s.on.

    While I was working, I left my phone charging and continued with my tasks. After some time, when I picked it up, I noticed it was extremely hot. I tried checking if the LED lights were functioning, but the charge indicator light had stopped working. Strangely, there’s also steam or condensation inside the phone, and the area with Nothing branding is getting especially hot. Also the fingerprint sensor stopped working This issue came out of nowhere. Can you help me understand what might have caused this and how I can fix it

    Hi there,

    I’m facing heating issues while watching videos, especially the top portion of the screen and device taking its sweet time to unlock both on double tap and clicking on the unlock button. I happened to go through a few registered complaints here and just wondering whether anyone has figured out the actual reason and remedy for the same. It’s super annoying (no need to say) . If nothing tech team can push a software update to resolve this ASAP, nothing like it.
