Absolutely loving the Nothing Phone (3a) and Nothing OS 3.1 — the Glyph Interface is awesome. I wanted to suggest a few enhancements to make it even more intuitive during quiet moments:
1. Silent + Glyph Only Mode
A toggle or profile where:
- 💡 Only Glyph lights for visual alerts
Perfect for meetings, libraries, or late-night usage.
2. Blinking Notifications Instead of a Single Pulse
Currently:
- Flip to Glyph pulses once briefly for each notification — easy to miss.
- If the phone is on vibration only, the Glyph doesn’t light up at all.
It would be great to have:
- An option to make the Glyph blink multiple times for notifications.
- A customizable blink vs. solid behavior per app
3. Blink vs Solid Lights for Apps
- Essential notifications cause the Glyph to stay solid until dismissed.
This is helpful but can feel too persistent or battery-draining.
A quick blinking mode would be more subtle and elegant.
