DIRAC Audio Support for Windows - Help

Hey CMF Community,

I recently got the CMF Buds 2 Pro, which advertises Dirac Audio support. I’m trying to use them with my Asus Vivobook laptop, which also has Dirac Audio enabled (for its internal speakers).

However, when I connect the Buds 2 Pro to my Vivobook, the laptop indicates that the device is “not compatible with Dirac Audio.”

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a specific driver, software, or setting I’m missing to get the CMF Buds 2 Pro to fully utilise Dirac Audio features when connected to a PC or laptop?

Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Maybe it’s not the same technology. The Buds have Dirac Opteo, I think it’s actually built in, cause you can activate it from the Nothing X app

Hello! You have two options here. You can utilize the 3rd party program Ear (PC) which is unofficial support for Nothing X App in the browser.

The other option is dual connection pairing, changing EQ settings from your phone in the Nothing X app, applying to your pc connection.
