CMF Watch Pro Not Powering On

I just got the watch and seem to get to power on at all. Hooked it up to the charger, changed wall bricks no luck. Has anyone had this issue about to return it.

JustinEsquibel While connected to charger, hold the button for at least a minute or so and see if that works.

You could also try connecting to a USB port on a computer. If no solution is working then it could be an issue with either the watch or the cable, you would need to try another cable to narrow it down further.

I would suggest getting in touch with support or continuing with your return/replacement.

The watch is not powered on anymore.

hold the button , see the logo and just shut down for a second.

No reaction on charge by the way;(

As Derren mentioned, your best bet is to get in touch with support or to find out if you can get a replacement from the retailer you purchased from.

Try connecting the watch via the App. Even tho its not responding it connected and the watch became responsive again.

Also having trouble with watch pro

While charging the 100% battery sign shows on the screen but once the charger is disconnected and a minute or so watch goes off, can’t reboot or restart.

I don’t know whether battery’s malfunctioning or software is but I bought this a week ago and never expected to have this kind of problem this soon.

After two months of usage, the battery is not charging I have tried different options suggested but no luck seems like this is a common issue and no workaround is available.

Bought it a month ago, it worked perfectly, but suddenly when its battery reached 0 I could no longer charge or power on

Hai my cmf watch not turning on

Had my watch since Feb, and it’s been fine till today. The watch was left on overnight with 28% power, this morning it was dead. Tried turning it on, no response. Connected it to the charger, no response. I was getting ready to start looking for a replacement when I thought “One more try”. I held the power button for about a minute, and the watch came back to life. connected it to the charger and it started receiving power. Seems ok at the moment, but it has dented my confidence in the product, and I’m just awaiting the day when it expires for good. Even though it’s still under warranty I don’t know if I’ll go down that road having heard others tales of woes.
