CMF Watch Pro - Notifications are not displayed correctly

Hello, dear developers. “CMF Watch Pro” - has already received many updates, but two problems remain NOT FIXED.

1) Inability to activate the watch screen with a “double tap” (the function was not announced initially, so you can’t call it a problem, but nevertheless I would really like to have such an opportunity).

2) 100% problem that is still not fixed. Even though the operating system does not have many languages, the watch does not display Cyrillic characters and emojis correctly. I gave examples in the attached photo.

Developers, please fix this problem. I really like the watch, as do many users around the world. But the incorrect display of notifications is frankly infuriating. It’s just a matter of banality to add Cyrillic characters. ☹

Nobody forces you to translate the operating system of the watch into languages such as “Russian, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Belarusian” and other languages that are displayed in Cyrillic letters. Trite - please add correct display of Cyrillic characters and emoticons. Thank you for attention.

Is there a way to display notifications in cyrillic correctly? Right now the Cyrillic symbols from every messenger app are shown as squares and that makes the watch practically unusable in Slavic countries.

Hey, I checked with the team on this and they are working on adding Cyrillic chars to a future update 🙂

Does anyone know the release date of the update? Seriously, why do any Chinese fakes of Apple, Samsung, Huawei watches have support for Slavic languages and Cyrillic characters, but my favorite Cmf Watch Pro, which I use every day, does not? I use some sports modes, pedometer, heart rate check and sleep tracking. But what a smartwatch should do in the first place (display notifications from instant messengers, social networks and SMS) still doesn’t work. 90% of the messages I receive are in Russian and Ukrainian. I am quite happy with the system language - English. But I still can’t read notifications in Cyrillic characters (sometimes very important ones) when I’m at work and my smartphone is put away in my desk drawer (the evil boss doesn’t allow our department to use smartphones at work). Developers, please hurry up. I think everyone whose native language consists of the Cyrillic alphabet would like to receive support for the necessary characters for Christmas. This would be the best gift from you. 🥺

You won’t believe it. I literally received an update at that moment 😂. Finally, the correct display of the Cyrillic alphabet. Thank you very much 🙏. By the way, developers, if you need help translating the system into Russian and Ukrainian, I will be happy to do it completely free of charge.

The watch still does not receive notifications without the “Cmf Watch” application open on the smartphone. The problem with the correct display of emoji on the display is also still not resolved, but I hope that everything will be fixed in future updates.

Same problem with Greek characters… the watch looks and feels very special and is really sad that it can’t be used without Greek characters

Someone from the team could give us some feedback about the notifications not being displayed in Greek language. I personally don’t really mind the rest of the watch being in English but the notifications is a real problem. Please give us an answer so we know if we are going to use the watch or not. Thanks!
