Nothing ear (2) connection issue to laptop

Hello, I have a little problem with the nothing ear (2) that I just bought this Sunday, November 26 2023. I connect the earphones to the iPhone, everything runs smoothly, there are no problems, & the sounds are clear. But the problem is, if I connect it to my laptop (brand : HP) and then listen to songs from YouTube Music or watch videos from YouTube, the connection isn’t good, there’s a crackling sound like it’s about to disconnect. Can you solve it? Thanks

alexsijabat can you use the ear(2) pc software and see if it solves the problem ?

alexsijabat Hello, I’m experiencing the exact same problem. When I connect my Nothing Ear (2) to my phone, everything works perfectly. But when I connect them to my HP laptop and try to listen to songs on YouTube Music or watch videos on YouTube, the connection isn’t good, and there’s a crackling sound like it’s about to disconnect. I don’t have this issue with my Huawei laptop or phone. Have you been able to solve this problem? If so, could you please share how you fixed it? Thanks!
