RapidZapper seems like the earphones quality is bad. Need to improve on the durability.

Finally got a chance to check out the website! I really enjoy the innovation on the site and being able to stand out!

Have you tried opening this website on your own phones? There is so much bloat on it and visual bugs, that all of it is immediately noticeable. It indeed has a fancy design, but man it’s hard to use… I immediately wanted to close it and never return.

It doesn’t get much better on a desktop.

When I try to open previous orders, it gives me “internal server error”
I cannot add new shipping address
I cannot change my info
Web site allows me to login no matter which country is selected , but when I go to orders it says “You have no orders yet”. I only get orders to appear when I enter site designated for my country. And every time I close web site and go again in, it doesn’t take me to my country site, it goes random. I think that’s not good.

Anyone else having same issues ?

Matta What’s particularly annoying is they have no way of letting you change your email address.

Need to change your email address? “Close your account and open a new one.” was what I was told when I contacted support about it.
