Hi team,
I recently downloaded the latest firmware update on my Nothing phone. However, I didn’t install it immediately due to low battery. Later, I simply restarted my device to fix a temporary network issue — but after the reboot, the update was completely gone.
Since then:
The phone shows “No updates available”
The update hasn’t been re-offered, even after days
I’ve tried clearing the System Updater cache, restarting in Safe Mode, using VPN, and repeatedly checking for updates — all with no success.
This is frustrating because I was ready to install the update once my battery was charged, and now I’m stuck without it. Please help investigate this issue and re-enable the update push or provide an official way to manually install the correct firmware.
