I bought nothing phone 3a pro just 10 days back was busy in work so much that I didn’t noticed that my camera has dirt from inside and back panel also contains some sort of particles which is visible very clearly I went to service center they said to we have to open your phone from back is it a answer to a new phone of rs more than 30000 in India to get open after just buying it my experience is very worst with nothing after sales service after more than a week there is no answer from support no answer from service center this is really disappointing I’m thinking of going with legal action with every proof of phone this is really disgusting team nothing india

anshulkapoor_F0G9llmMx4 as much as i know…if it get open in authorised service centre then there is no problem… but the dust part is very bad… but if there is no big issue brand will not provide replacement… try contacting via email maybe you get replacement or satisfactory solution

I bought a new phone but the company Is giving a defect peice this is what a customer expect when they buy with there hard earned money for them 31k will small amount but for me it’s very big amount and I connot sir quiet till I don’t get a satisfactory answer
