Had to use Google to even be heard because the login is really broken.
I’m strongly against the fusion of the Nothing X app with the CMF Watch application, while it may look cool, the truth is that Nothing is great at hardware but it’s kind of low-quality at software.
It’s impossible to sign-in with some private email providers and, while I might eat the common brainwash of “it’s for security/spam prevention purposes” the truth is that it should be applied consistently to all nothing software.
How come I was able to create an account for CMF watch using this Email but I cannot use it for anything else? It doesn’t matter if it’s the Nothing X app, the Community Site or anything else. Honestly if the software isn’t going to be perfect and consistent why even bother releasing it? Either allow these emails for all apps or don’t allow them at all, any mistakes on that process just screams software engineer incompetence or heavy user tracking for me :/
