IEM not working or YCS volume/control button not working working - help

IVE CMF 1 mit Portronik Typ C bis 3,5 mm Conector Ich verwende QKZ AK6 Ultra „IEM“, aber nach einiger Zeit verhalten sie sich abnormal (automatisch minimieren Lautstärke auf 0, Mikrofon hört auf zu funktionieren, zischend Sound). Kann mir jemand sagen, was das Problem sein kann? Ist es Connector-, Telefon- oder IEM -Problem, da meine 3 -Taste auf IEM (Lautstärke + - und Spiel/Pause) hat. Oder hat einer von Ihnen ein ähnliches Problem erlebt? und schlagen Sie mir vor, um 1K zu gehen, was mit CMF 1 funktioniert.

ive CMF 1 with portronics type c to 3.5mm conector I’m using QKZ AK6 Ultra “IEM” but after sometime they starts behaving abnormally (automatic minimising volume to 0, mic stops working, hissing sound).

can any1 tell me what can be the problem? is it connector, phone or IEM issue as mine has 3 button on IEM (volume + - and play/pause).

or have any of you experienced similar problem?

and suggest me IEM (gaming) around 1K which will work with CMF 1.

I have IEM headphones whit USB C and i don’t get any problem. My volume is always on top + on IEM, and i control it on my Phone (1). I listen to TIDAL and everything works fine.
