Dear Team,
I have reached to service center in earlier this year after the warranty expired by 15 days . Due to my travel commitment I was late to reach but I faced the issue of draining the battery of right ear bud came last October.
Let me tell you that I had the ear bud 1 and i upgraded to ear bud 2 after this issue and a cold response from service centre I am writing this to you for one final time.
These aren’t cheap ear buds, have invested a good amount. I could have purchased bose or Sennheiser but stick to it based on the quality but unfortunately the quality factor is gone. Let me also tell you that My left ear bud is still running fine. I failed to understand, how come one ear bud is working fine for hours and other isn’t . I never dropped the ear bud or case it is in immaculate condition.
So this is my final goodbye to Nothing brand forever because they have compromised in quality and not on there words any more. Sorry Mr. Pie.
