Phone (2) I can't even play audio or video when I'm in a call

OK, also vor ein paar Tagen konnte ich Audiodateien oder irgendetwas normalerweise spielen, wenn ich in einem Gmeet (Google Meet) oder Messenger -Anruf bin, aber plötzlich sah mein Telefon und dann die Benutzeroberfläche für Gmeet anders aus und nicht nur, dass ich nicht einmal mehr spielen kann. Wie kann ich das beheben? OK so a few days ago I could play audio files or anything normally when I’m in a gmeet (Google meet) or messenger call but then all of a sudden my phone bugged and then the UI for Gmeet Looked different and not only that I can’t even play anything anymore…

Any way I can fix this? I deleted apps, cleared cache, and even tried resetting my phone but nothing
