JPZone search for “Magsafe c shape” on Amazon. It will get you closer than the usual full ring. Look at the jerry rig teardown if you want to see where the charge coil is, or just look at the cases out there that have the button cutout for the magsafe.
The only I have with most rings is that they don’t work well through the thicker covers and they work so well when they are direct stuck that they peel off or the time.
It would be cool if someone that did rear gel protectors (like a screen protector for the back) , but included the magsafe in the protector. Sure, it would be raise a little but I think it would work fine.
