Hello everyone, recently got a new 2a for a close family member and her Messenger (Meta) app doesn’t seeem to wanna show all available pictures in her phone. We have tried reinstalling the app, clearing cache and even reseting the phone to factory settings but no luck at all.
Saw some other people who had the same issue but they we’re a year old so i’m not sure if this issue has been resolved.
The phone is on the latest available OS and fully up to date on the app side of things. The app has got full permision to photos and everything else. I have asked her for now to try choosing all the photos in the gallary and sharing them that way but it’s annyoing for her everytime , and i completely understand it.
Any ideas on what to try next? She’s getting a bit frustrated and is wanting to return it and buy a Samsung (ew, bloatware n such).
