I am writing to report a recurring issue with my Nothing Watch Pro 2, which I’ve already raised twice before. While a software update or fix seemed to temporarily improve performance, the problem consistently returns after a short time.
I use the watch regularly—about 4 to 5 times a week—to track my runs. However, it frequently records incorrect distance and pace, which is extremely disappointing. These inaccuracies not only affect my training but also demotivate me, as I rely on this data for progress tracking.
I purchased the Nothing Watch Pro 2 with high expectations, but repeated issues have made the experience frustrating. I request a permanent solution or replacement, as temporary fixes are not acceptable for a product in this price and performance range.
Please let me know the next steps, whether it involves deeper troubleshooting, a replacement, or a refund.
