Derren AleksanderLeonow Hey 👋 This is rather unusual, it should unscrew anti clockwise as with any other screw and should not require much effort. Any signs of damage at all? Perhaps a reason for the screw to become stuck?
AleksanderLeonow Derren Hi Darren I finally managed to unscrew it but I think it may that the old wheel on the phone 1 was thicker and easier with the new wheel it’s thin and takes more fidgeting about.
ShiShi There’s a screw on the bottom right of phone, which was supposed to be unscrewable right? I have had this phone for about 2 months now and I still can’t figure out how to get it off. It’s just stuck there.
