Anyone else having issues with Disney+ on CMF 2 Pro?

Hey everyone,

I recently got the CMF 2 pro and I’m loving it so far. However, I’m having trouble with Disney+ — the app opens fine, but whenever I try to play any movie or show, it just says:

“Something went wrong. Want to try again?”

I’ve tried reinstalling the app, switching networks, clearing cache, etc. but nothing seems to fix it. Other streaming apps like Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube work perfectly, so I’m wondering…

Has anyone else experienced this with Disney+ on the CMF Phone 2?

Would love to know if it’s just me or if this is happening to others too. Let me know if you’ve been able to get it working somehow.

The same thing happened to me, it’s very annoying not to be able to use Disney on the device. Also, there is no solution at the moment for the problem.

Same here, it’s impossible to play a vidéo (error). Same problem on Netflix and other apps with Widewine L1. The phone seems to have trouble with this apps…

Hi,

I bought a new CMF Phone 2 Pro on Amazon (which replace my NP3 which have wifi issues).

All is fine with this phone except using streaming apps. In Netflix, it’s stay in SD and no HD support (Widewine L3 in the app). Disney + and Crunchyroll are the worst because it’s not even possible to start a video (error message).

I check with an app and it’s says that my CMF phone 2 Pro support Widewine L1…

I tried everything (delete apps, clear apps, restarting the phone and even factory reset the phone) and no luck.

Anyone have a solution ?
