First of all A BIG Thanks to Nothing for being such a awesome and tech friendly not just in terms of its product but also services.
Being a proud owner of NP 2 I tried to buy from the Nothing store unfortunately it directed me to flipkart. As most of my recent purchases were not upto the mark and hence I donāt wanted to risk my dream NP 2.
However I got the phone where I felt the product was bit not assembled properly.
I owned 2 tickets mistakenly where i didnāt got any update for ear stick. I tried to email but unfortunately there was no proper response. Would you mind if I request you to please check on this. A humble request. And I would really appreciate if you can route the products through the NP site instead of 3rd parties like Amazon Flipkart etc..
Thanks in advance if you can check on my purchase with my product number and other details whatever details you need.
