Anyone ordered the Nothing Phone (3) from Nothing's official store? Let’s share order updates!

Hey everyone 👋 I thought it’d be useful to start a thread for those of us who ordered the **Nothing Phone (3)** directly from the official **Nothing website**, to keep each other informed about our **order statuses**. Tomorrow, **July 15th**, is the official launch day — fingers crossed 🤞 they don't delay shipping too much. If anyone has **previous experience with past pre-orders**, like the Phone (2) or (3a), could you share whether you received your device **on launch day, before, or after**? That might give us some idea of what to expect this time. Let’s help each other out and see if we can shed some light on **when we might actually get our hands on the NP3**! Thanks 🙌

In the US (east coast) and just received the shipping notification (label created) via USPS. Hoping it arrives before EOW!! 😍

Similar situation here. I ordered July 4th from Cleveland - the USPS tracking says a label was yesterday in New Jersey but the item has not yet been received. The standard shipping should only take a few days once they have it, but I have to imagine it’s still in transit to the East Coast.

RuudHesp sorry to reshare the feedback.

First of all A BIG Thanks to Nothing for being such a awesome and tech friendly not just in terms of its product but also services.

Being a proud owner of NP 2 I tried to buy from the Nothing store unfortunately it directed me to flipkart. As most of my recent purchases were not upto the mark and hence I don’t wanted to risk my dream NP 2.

However I got the phone where I felt the product was bit not assembled properly.

I owned 2 tickets mistakenly where i didn’t got any update for ear stick. I tried to email but unfortunately there was no proper response. Would you mind if I request you to please check on this. A humble request. And I would really appreciate if you can route the products through the NP site instead of 3rd parties like Amazon Flipkart etc..

Thanks in advance if you can check on my purchase with my product number and other details whatever details you need.

odetojamie I have this exact same thing. I feel a bit better that I’m not the only one but still a bit anxious I end up with the wrong version 😞

Boyce0 I contacted customer service and they assured me that I would be receiving the version I ordered (16GB/512GB) despite the shipment confirmation indicating the 12GB/256GB. Probably worth getting them to confirm if you haven’t already.

MarkG13 Well I hope they don’t get too cosy because they need to be on the road heading to our local delivery office for the morning 😉 I guess Nothing probably use a fulfillment company with a warehouse near Royal Mail’s super hub. Interesting that Nothing say 3-5 days but it’s been sent 24hr service. Not complaining of course! 😁

ninjatrout Well partly because of the trouble I had last time I paid for the 1-3 day delivery and now mine has got to Birmingham mail centre 😊. I hope yours has made it across the border now?

MarkG13 It got to Chester mail centre just after midnight, and if a parcel does that it usually gets to our local delivery office for the morning - I should know by around 10/11 which is when they seem to have finished loading the vans for their rounds. Then it’ll be this afternoon before they get to us. Fingers crossed!

MarkG13 Do you know what service was used for yours? If it’s Royal Mail Tracked 24 then that’s a bit annoying! I paid for express delivery and the same service was used. Very happy that it took 1 day and will arrive soon, but why charge £5 if you just use the same delivery service for everyone!? Kinda feels like borderline false advertising (okay I know it’s only £5 but still pretty annoying)!

CharlieNiekirk I paid £9.95 for express delivery 1-3 days and yes it’s coming Tracked 24 as well. It’s meant to be delivered in the next 5 hours but it’s not moved on the tracking site since 22.30 last night. Royal Mail are crap at updating the information though. I was hoping for a different courier this time, but no 😞

MarkG13 CharlieNiekirk What service does RM show on the tracking? I didn’t pay any extra for shipping, didn’t even see the option for express but they’ve sent it 24hr tracked. And it now says out for delivery \o/ Maybe yours is special delivery? If not then I think you can probably request a refund from Nothing (unless they sent mine quicker by accident!?)

ninjatrout Yeah mine shows Tracked 24. On the checkout page there is an option for £4.99 express delivery (1-3) days and standard delivery (3-5). Mine is ready for delivery now so it’s definitely been quick but kind of annoyed I paid for it when it seems to be the standard unless, like you said, they may have sent yours quick by accident.

ninjatrout Mine is still showing as being in Birmingham last night. It’s definitely tracked 24. It’s meant to be here in the next 4 hours ish. But as long as it arrives and it’s stolen like the Phone 1 was I’m not bothered about paying extra. 🤞

And today it arrived and surprisingly with additional ear in black included. As I need some time to switch my phone from 2a+ to 3, I’ll have to wait until weekend

Well some progress at least. Now it’s “out for delivery” Problem is the first email said it would be roughly between 11.11 and 15.11. Suddenly it’s now coming between 16 - 19.30. So I’ve stayed in all morning for nothing ( literally 🙂). Hope everyone else due to get your phone today gets them.
