Got my device a bit earlier today and it has been amazing. I have used Samsung, Pixel, and LG interfaces but this somehow seems more smooth than anything I have dealt with before. The others have had their shine in various areas. But with Nothing OS the feeling has been smoothed out to support the flow of creative activities. There were a few apps installed outside of the Google Play Store which seemed to lag until fully loaded but so far the experience has been beyond exceptional, I will continue pushing forward with the device and posting.
