Glyph Matrix - Always on?

Hi all,

I’ve set the Glyph Matrix to be ‘always on’ in the settings, set to the clock. When I flip the device over nothing displays until I tap the capacitive button. To be fair it does stay on then, at least until I unlock my phone, but is this working as intended? Or is this a bug / just broken?

AndyN please use the system feedback option provided in the phone (3) settings to share such feedback

arpan2308 thanks, will do. I wanted to first understand if this was the intended way for this to work, as stated in the post, but fair point.

AndyN pls do update the device. Yesterday’s update has improved the always on glyph matrix. Yes, till now it was not getting always on without click

arpan2308 Ahh, thank you. The update isn’t showing here in the UK, as yet, as far as I can see. I’ll keep an eye out for it though,

this is a problem from the very beginning. Always-on glyph doesn’t work properly, and it hasn’t been fixed yet.
