Network Loss & No Notifications When Phone is Locked

I bought CMF phone 2 pro on May 31,2025. Now I face network issues for many days. When I lock my screen my mobile network becomes 4G & I don’t get any what’s app SMS & phone Call. When I unlock my phone then all notifications come & network status becomes 4G+. I miss maximum call & notifications. Please solve this issue.

MahtabTushar i have cmf ph1 and i also faced this issue of delayed notification…

So i find a “solution”… i set conversion to priority of people that are important to me on whatsapp and Instagram…and its kind of fixed… no delayed notification… i never faced any issue with messege app.. because its always running in background…

And i don’t know the logic behind it..but when i was using 4G the notifications are always delayed but when i switched to 5G it got little bit good…

And turn off smart 5G…it does that switching…if you’re using 5g..

Turn off adaptive battery…

And second thing some people get new update of Nothing OS 3.2. and on the first place what that fixed is delayed notification, so maybe wait for your release.

thetomf Sadly I was able to get that update yesterday and saw it noted the fix regarding delay notifications on ‘some’ apps. It did not fix the problem especially on RCS messages and other social media apps. I tested it putting my phone locked and idle for 30 mins and I had my brother RCS message me. It will not send and says that I “appear offline” even if I’m connected to our home WIFI.

I was really looking forward that THIS update would be the fix but it surely is not. 😭😞

This is still a pain that we still have to go thru. FYI I have CMF Phone 2 Pro as well.

Roborat exactly this word “some” before apps was confusing me too. I don’t have this update yet, but from what you write, there is no point in waiting, and I will stick with the whitelist solution in adb. I advise you to do the same, and you will forget about these delay issues.
