Hi, I bought a phone case. After putting it on, I get a message: “Remove anything covering this area” and a highlighted area around the top of the phone. I’m guessing the case covered the proximity sensor, which, as far as I know, is located on the very top edge of the screen to the right of the selfie camera (you can see it from the cutout on the original screen protector). The case is obviously designed for the 3a Pro and looks very good. In my opinion, it doesn’t cover the sensor. Furthermore, the same problem occurs with two cases, not just one, and I’m starting to wonder if it’s something wrong with the phone. I used a knife, cut a piece of the case, and the problem disappeared… but I don’t think it should be like this. Has anyone else had a similar problem and managed to fix it without a knife?
