I had called and asked they said that there waiting on the parcel service to pick them up as far as U.S customers no telling how long it will take but once they pick it up 3-5 buisness days for shipping as far as on the website it just says in progress, a bit dissapointed as a first time buyer needed a new phone waited for this and now I have to wait more I feel everyone was under the impression they would either be here or at least ship on the 15th but hopefully the product will make up for it
