Vishwam R7anubis Are you talking about GlyphNexus right? And did you give the permissions? It should be working for any music played on the device. And does it work for Youtube or Spotify and only this app has the issue?
R7anubis Vishwam It says ’Couldn’t connect to the server’ if I choose Revanced YT Music. let me try again with Spotify and check. Edit: Not able to use spotify either. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. It keeps loading (the dot loading animation) after choosing the app, and then says ’Couldn’t connect to the server’
Vishwam R7anubis Hey, you want Music Visualization right. For that you should see System Folder and in that OS option. Click that and turn on Music Visualization and give the permissions. Clicking apps from there is just for the notifications. So even if you use from there it would just show the glyphs alert if you got any notification from that app. And in that also couldn’t connect to server is because of AI I use to fetch that information and that AI is currently down. I am in contact with the AI service provider to know more about the issue. Note: Till this is toggled on other features and toys will glitch out and this is a known issue
R7anubis Vishwam Thanks for trying to help out 🙂 I tried your steps. Now it works for all and any audio playing out of the mic lmao. How would I limit that to only play for one app, Revanced YT Music?
Vishwam R7anubis Your Welcome. So out of the mic means when there is external noises also it works? Like traffic, you speak or something? That should not be the case I assume. Just trying to understand the issue so I can fix it if possible
R7anubis Vishwam Bro, I’m stupid. Sorry, I meant speaker. All audio playing from the speaker, music, videos, reels, etc. And even once I stop playing music, the music visualiser doesn’t go away, it stays static. Had to force stop app and stop the service.
Vishwam R7anubis Yes that should work with any music from the mic. Like YouTube Revanced as well probably, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify or anything. And even if your phone makes clicking sound when locking the phone or even while taking screenshot it might work. For locking I know it works but screenshot I am not sure. So works for any music from the speakers and I think it works when the external devices in use like headphones or buds or maybe speakers but this is not tested. Vishwam R7anubis As of now there is no way for this but I can add this customization if that is needed in future updates. But might take sometime as I don’t have phone 3 so can’t test anything.
