I have been using nothing phone 3 and never felt that the phone is heating up during gaming or camera operations but i see all the youtube reviewers are complaining abut it and i doubt it could be because of screen attention feature. because it uses front camera and it is a processor intensive feature especially in bright light which is a very common environment for youtube content creators.
This is just a hunch. But can nothing team review this and see if the issue is with screen attention algo or the camera settings that is causing this issue.
Maybe you can disable this feature for gaming or camera apps and keep the screen always on in such cases.
