worldemperor13 I’ve bought them and they were already updated to this version out of the box, they have the same problem which they sound like a low bitrate mp3 file at the high range, with cuts here and there when that happens. I find it happening only on my iPhone, my MacBook and Windows PC sound fine.
I think I’m waiting to see if something changes but I will return them if they stay like this, which is a shame since they work great apart from this. I also reported the issue on the Nothing X app and tried to reset and re-pair them.
