As a token of appreciation, we would like to invite you to experience the first Closed Beta build of Nothing OS 4.0 powered by Android 16. In this build, we're focused on delivering Android 16's native features as well as implementing a more robust design system which will set the foundation for a more cohesive UI moving forward. As with any Beta software, there will be bugs and issues to be rooted out, and we hope that with your participation, we are able to catch 'em all before an Open beta release in September. I am interested in applying for Nothing OS 4.0 open beta, but unfortunately, I cannot afford the Nothing Phone 3. If I had this device, I would be more prompt and detail-oriented. I have strong knowledge of operating systems, and I can easily detect problems, suggest improvements, and provide effective support and feedback.I have nothing phone 2a but not nothing phone 3.🥺

georgios1 While I am not Rob, it’s always a hit and miss with beta versions and often highly depends on the individual banking app. If you really rely on the app and only have that one phone, I’d rather not take the risk.

Anonymous717 it’s mentioned that open beta will roll out in September… so every nothing device might get open beta around that time…

JP my CMF1 received the NOS 3.0b right around Xmas last year.

CMF1_hacker yup .. no fomo here .. there is no new features that i need…just some cosmetic changes and optimisation… just curious to see how nothing implement A16 material 3 on NOS …

If you get selected for beta program and if the team permits you to post about that…please let us know how things are going with A16 and nos 4

JP I gotta agree. NOS 3.5 is nearly flawless on the NP3. I understand that Android updates need to be made. I also feel that the genAI built-in is getting better (ESearch/Espace) and more integrated, so let’s see what happens.
