I just had a thought regarding the Essential space and I believe this will make it even better
So the Idea is this –
Pressing the Essential key should start recording without a screenshot
Hear me out
Ever had a random idea Record it with the essential key
Ever wanted to add a thing to the grocery list - essential key
Ever wanted to set an alarm or a reminder - essential key
Want to make a call , want to send a voice mail, want save a quote – essential key
and all of these will be saved in the essential space within separate collections or groups
The old function should still be present by holding the key along with the lower volume button – screenshot and note or record
And you could also link the essential space to other apps
This will make the essential space more of a second brain than it already is
This “essentially” also makes it act as an assistant (Maybe Nothing can come up with a new assistant like the Google assistant)
The average user will use this more to save a thought or call someone or quickly search something up, check the weather, etc.
