Have used the NP3 for over a week now and love it. A great and fun phone. I get that a lot of people are crying because it’s not a mid-range phone and falls short of some flagships. But even for the price ITS A SUPER UNIQUE PHONE! It’s like people forget what they’re looking to buy…
This is a small company who doesn’t have access to as many parts for as cheap as what Apple, Samsung and Google get parts for. I think it’s only the beginning for Nothing. Purely from me buying and getting into Nothing phones there are at least 10-15 friends, family and colleagues who are intrigued and want to buy a nothing phone in the future once they are over their current devices.
The current anti-Nothing phone 3 discourse is the only thing killing Nothing at the moment and it’s truely only killing the comminity. I don’t even want to use the subreddit due to how muchs it’s devolved into a repetitive cespit of the same takes. Let alone twitter/X or the Discord.
In the end no one’s forcing you to buy the Phone 3, the 3a and 3aPro only just came out and are amazing top tier and cheap mid range phones. So much of the current qualms with the 3 is just highschool/teenage level sooking.
