Still haven’t received the update in South Africa either… really hoping it comes soon.

Staged rollout seems like an excuse at this point. The team doesn’t want to communicate and the tweet was just to create hype to attract more sales for NP2. Yes people are getting impatient because you tweeted officially about android 14 release a week ago and mentioned it will come to your phone in a few days.

    Sakumo "Exactly 💯,

Implementing business marketing strategies strategically, but they seem unaware that these moves come with consequences; they will lose their loyal fans.

As a new company, they should exercise caution when making bold statements on community pages and social media handles. The company is in the phase of building up, and any missteps here could result in decreased sales or necessitate frequent modifications to their marketing strategies.

Every company strategizes for its customers, and while customer turnover is inevitable, it’s beneficial when a company is well-established. However, as a new company, they shouldn’t take high risks. They are still in the process of developing and creating unique ideas and features. Losing customers in the initial phase will have a significant long-term impact. They need to be precise with their fans, who trust them. While some of us are patient, others are not. Despite the phone having many minor bugs, there are no major ones.

I’m unsure about the project they’re working on, but they have talented developers, and their hardware placement is excellent. However, they are lacking in addressing feedback. For a new company, user feedback is crucial.

Believe me, users are incredibly savvy; they know when to engage and when to disengage. Unfortunately, the company seems oblivious to the potential consequences.

I don’t understand this secrecy with the official availability of os 2.5.

How can you announce availability (withdraw built because of problems generated and not assume deadlines to make it available again!!!) you keep pushing it forward by days….

You, who keep blaming the competition for not innovating, (the competitor who manages to release worldwide a software at the same time available for 8/10 phone models!!!) have a secret about the availability in certain regions of the world….

I ordered phone 2 the day os.2.5 release was announced, and for 3 days I keep searching and nothing available… I will return them because you are unserious!!!

I think most of the nothing users are from India. So, nothing should have released stable version firstly to Indian users rather anywhere elses in world. Just think on it team nothing. I’m also a phone 2 user as well. But disappointed with NOTHING this time.

RJ07 I think you are correct, it feels same to me.

AKSHAY No, you just got more free time to whine non stop at forums…XDA, Reddit, here….
It’s just a just a smartphone update. It wont improve your life…Instead of reading reports from the people that already got the update, we read “Not got”, “I have a method sir, to get it sir”, “ Pls give me update sir”.

GreyKJedi finally someone said this. Day by day the forum got so boring with people asking for the update. When there got the update, then the people with “still no update” comes out within every 5 minutes.

GreyKJedi it’s your perceptio. Always welcome, what I said is true being nothing user.
