I think, imo, the whole purpose of roll out is meant to minimise damage during release, if roll out is slow it could mean the company is working on fixing any bugs reported or giving it enough time to sit in for a bit in case any bug is discovered like some time later. Which is good because then not everyone gets unsatisfied with bugs, bugs are bugs because they are unforeseen during development. I imagine if they had released for everyone at one go, today this post will be flushed with bugs complaints by unhappy customers instead of just nags about slow release, which is something a company would definitely not want. To me thereā€™s nothing unprofessional about this but only professionalism. On nothing side maybe we could consider like a roll out region manager from community ? So instead of everyone nagging to you directly? We could nag to the region manager instead. Then the regional community manager is given the tasks to liaise with HQ perhaps a biweekly schedule then report back to that regional community.

Purely opinion nothing personal.

      Yes, I do it like the video, the problem comes when I press that number and the same screen does not appear, it appears as if I were going to update to the beta, I have the ā€œupdate to beta versionā€ installed but I did not manage to update, I continue in 2.0.4, could that be why it doesnā€™t let me go to 2.5.1 manually?

          After updating to 2.5.1 stable version, please try to reset the phone. It eliminates most of the bugs, glitches.

          Those who lost the feedback option, reset the phone, it will comes back in the settings.

          1. I didnā€™t say the manual upadate is bad.
          2. I didnā€™t say the manual update is not legit.
          3. I didnā€™t say that manual update came from dark palce and not provided by NOTHING engineers.

          Question here is that why the updates rollout is delayed and reason of it not reaching to all devices. Are they short of OTA licence. Looks like it. COST CUTTING.

          Well Iā€™m not worried too much of such practice by GLOBAL brand. And you know what, Carl always say in his interviews that PEOPLE DECIDE WHO WINS AND WHO LOOSE IN MARKET. So letā€™s see how faaaaar the story goes. PROFESSIONALISM IS THE KEY. No communication is a false communication.

              How can you say ā€œThe update is coming in the next few daysā€ and then it doesnā€™t come at all. There is not even any information as to why there might be a delay. As soon as someone expresses criticism about it, it is simply ignored. Customer should be king or not?

              I think if each update will be delayed Iā€™m better on moving to a Samsung or pixel phone at least it will be properly updated as they offer much more reliable update process
