I have been facing persistent network issues with Jio over the past few days on my Nothing Phone 1. Although the signal strength appears full, I am experiencing severe VoLTE-related problems — particularly with incoming and outgoing calls, which often fail or drop.
Interestingly, other networks like Airtel are working fine on the same device. The issue seems to be specifically with Jio on the Nothing Phone 1.
I have already raised a complaint with Jio customer care, and they confirmed that everything is fine from their end. However, the issue still continues, which leads me to believe it could be a software compatibility issue between Jio and the Nothing Phone 1.
I kindly request you to look into this matter and, if this is a known issue, consider providing a software update to fix the problem.
