Essential notification rule prioritisation/ordering

Hey everyone! Owned this phone for a few days and been discovering all the quirks

I have two rules that overlap as seen in the screenshot, it seems to work in a cascading manner (last rule takes priority) which is a bit of an issue as I want mentions to be the most important thing to flag up.

Looking through the UI I can’t see any way to change the order of these rules or set priority.. Is there something I’m missing? Would be a great feature in future if not. Another good way around this to make it more effective could be to add a “and does not contain:” rule perhaps..

Anyone else able to weigh in on this? TIA! 🙂

What I have understood since talking to Nothing customer support team about this, is that the rule creation date defines the rule priority. The older the rule the highest priority it has. You could try deleting all rules first, then create the rules based on their priority, the highest priority rule has to be created first. Hope that helps

georgios1 yep that’s what I figured out, really hope they add reordering because I can see this being frustrating if you have many/complex rules 😛

Can anyone PLEASE tell me if they are also getting essential notifications on the Matrix even though Glyph lights are set to “off”?
