I bought a Nothing CMF Watch Pro 3, and I quickly realized that I didn’t like the product.
So I thought I would return the product within 30 days.
The problems started when I had to fill out a form describing the fault. This wasn’t available, and I had to wait about a day. After that, I was told that I would receive a return label. I still haven’t received it, and my last email has also gone unanswered.
I like most Nothing products, but the customer service is inadequate, at least in this case. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Thank you.
