Nothing Phone (3) - Restart Help

Hi everyone!, I just want to share with the community a problem I am experiencing with my new Phone 3.

From August 2nd I have my Phone 3, sometimes, (I don’t know why), the screen / system freeze, I cannot do anything, touch screen doesn’t work either, and a after some seconds it get restarted. At first I thought could be the facial recognition, I disable that feature, and after that, I’ve got 0 restarts, . . . till yesterday 10 of August I was watching a Facebook reel, and it suddenly freeze . . . after a few seconds, it get restarted.

Do anyone have the experienced the same or a similar problem?.

I’ve wrote a feedback from the mobile, and the response is to do a hardware reset, I just want to be sure before doing a factory reset (I have a lot of Authenticators in here, and is not easy to re configure again all of them).

PabloPedrosa Hey mate, this does sound like one where a backup/factory reset would help.

hrry thanks for the replay, I am testing the phone with the Factory reset. .. lets see what happen. Thanks again!

UPDATE: I have now contacted technical support because, just two hours after I did the factory reset, my phone froze and then restarted. I hope they can resolve the issue soon.
I will keep updating this discussion with updates.
