Heya, Okay so I have Nothing Ear (2) bought it in 2023. My left earbud is not working it fell and it’s damaged now. I contacted customer care before they said i could buy a replacement ear bud for some price. I didn’t have money back then so i couldn’t. But now my product is out of warranty and don’t know if i can buy a replacement bud or not because customer support straight up said no 🙁( . My question is does my earphones needs to be in warranty in order to buy a replacement Ear Bud ?
