Serious hotspot problem in phone2

Nach dem Update von 3,2 V handelt der Hotspot seltsam, auch nachdem es auf einem anderen Gerät diesen Hotspot nicht finden kann. Ich muss weiter und von mehreren Zeiten dann funktioniert es, ich bitte nichts, um dieses Problem zu lösen

After the update of 3.2V the hotspot is acting weird even after turning it on other device are unable to find this hotspot,

I have to on and of several time then it work, I request nothing to solve this problem

pollenjh yes tried everything 2.4, 5.0GHZ and also both but no solution
