CMF Phone 1 won´t charge no matter what, i have to fix it within 2 Days

I woke up and wanted to check my CMF Phone 1 that i charged over night.

However, the battery seemed to be completely drained and the Phone has shut down. When i try to turn it on it just shows a red battery icon, indicating the battery is dead.

I tried different cables, chargers and sockets, and cleaned the charging port. Nothing worked.

I tried to charge with each charger and cable for over 1,5 hours, since i heard sometimes a drained battery needs some time to start charging, but it didn´t help.

I had a problem where the Phone would not properly charge a few days ago already, but I was able to solve the issue by restarting the phone. Now however i can´t restart it since it´s already shut down

It´s sunday, and where i live all the Stores are closed today, i have some long traveling in 2 days and it would be quite terrible if my phone would not work by then.

Is there anything else i can try or should i just go to a repair shop and pray that they can fix it within a day?

If it’s a battery or charger problem once you get the parts from aliexpress it should only be like a 40min repair a very easy one at that.

I didn’t noticed this much issue…..yes I faced some battery drain

I assume you like in a German-speaking country as stored are closed on Sunday and the commas rather than decimals (1.5h versus 1,5 hours).

I have found that on my CMF1, I cannot prohibit reverse charging. If I plug it into a wall socket with a USB (5A) it will drain to zero. I have to use a dedicated charger. Then again, I find that other charger with drain it to zero (via the same reverse charging problem).

I recommend that you test all chargers at your disposal and one that you know works.
