Does CMF Phone 2 Pro support audio output from USB-C port ?

I want to use my wired earphones for making / taking phone calls, and also to listen to music on my CMF Phone 2 Pro, but as it doesn’t have a 3.5mm jack, I am unable to. I believe some brands/models do support audio output from the Type-C port (used for charging) by using a Type-C to 3.5mm connector cable. Does anyone here know if this phone supports such an option ? TIA

Yes. I have used mine with a number of ‘dongle DACs’ and desktop Dacs.

It would depend a lot on the headphones. I have driven some pretty demanding headphones and IEMs.

But some required a higher end DAC with some adjustability. And those also draw harder on the phone battery.

Can confirm it works perfectly fine with the Apple USB-C DAC Dongle and JadeAudio JIEZI DAC Dongle

I am confused - does the Phone 2 Pro support both analogue and digital output from the USB C port? I’ve just bought a pair of Austrian Audio Hi-X25BT headphones which support digital, analogue and Bluetooth. I’ve no problem with the analogue or Bluetooth side of things, and digital from my laptop is fine, but if I switch to my phone in digital mode the volume is extremely low. I’m wondering now if it is actually working in analogue mode, as there is no switching to analogue on the headphones, somehow it senses it. Is it possible to force the Phone 2 to output digital audio only?
