’m a Nothing Phone (3) user in Canada and a loyal supporter of the brand. But I need to point out a major issue that feels like a huge oversight.
As it stands, I cannot purchase a fast charger directly from Nothing’s Canadian store. Instead, I was forced to go through Swiftronics, a third-party vendor, just to get a CMF 65W GaN charger. On top of that, there is still no reliable tempered glass screen protector or official high-quality case available for the Phone (3).
This situation honestly makes no sense:
You’re losing sales revenue to third parties.
Customers are left questioning the support and ecosystem around their device.
It feels like an avoidable frustration that pushes loyal users outside Nothing’s ecosystem.
For a company built on design and user-first thinking, it’s frustrating that the basics—charging, protection, and peace of mind—aren’t being offered directly. I hope this feedback reaches Carl Pei and the product team, because many of us would happily buy official accessories if Nothing simply made them available.
