Is weather app accurate?

Hello i was playing in weather app until i saw bandar abbas weather

Idk is this weather app problem?

11 degrees in what is it and the real feeling

It runs on AccuWeather which I find not so good for microclimates where I live

It is accurate in tempture but bandar abass is realy hot once i was there but not 11 defrence from normal one

Second screenshot shows even larger difference (feels like 53°C it says).
